A couple years ago one of my medical school classmates asked me what I was doing professionally, because I surely wasn’t grinding away in an office like he was. Last year I went to Guatemala, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico and Antarctica. I have a healthy, thriving son, an incredible relationship, and a profitable business that can run without me.
